From the east entrance, take the stairs down to the basement and walk down the hall and there will be a smaller hallway with two unisex bathrooms on your right. Or take the east elevator down, 180-degree left into that hallway, same deal.
It's on campus but pretty unlikely that you MUST be student/faculty/staff to use. There's hardly anyone walking around the basement, just people in their offices.
