When being in Berlin, you can ride the usual trains by Deutsche Bahn with a usual metro/tram/bus ticket AS LONG AS you're in the area you paid for ( Zone A+B, A+B+C, etc). So if you don't know another toilet, and you have a ticket, and maybe you have to go somewhere anywhere, check out if a train is going that direction instead of taking the subway/bus/train. There are toilets in all trains. They are gender neutral. The trains are often unsafe for People of Colour, especcially Black people because we have racial profiling by the police in germany. Also the staff in the trains might be racist, so take care not to get close to someonewearing a uniform.
