Entering from the front entrance, face left towards the restaurant. There is a small hallway to the left - it's past the bar entrance. In that hallway, before you reach the cafe, there is a door to the restroom on the left. It's labeled as an all-gender restroom with a sign of a male, female, and half-and-half figure. It is a single, small room. It might be accessible with a small wheelchair, but I don't know. It has a grip/balance bar on the wall next to the toilet.
The Gadsden is open to the public, you can just walk in and go.
