When you walk in, go to the right, through a set of doors on your left, and immediately turn to right after going through the doors.
I haven't had any issues with this diner, and I eat/use the restrooms here somewhat-often.
I'm not sure if they require you to be a paying customer, but it's definitely worth the dine-in, even for a small dish.
It's a great and quiet place.
Or you could always ask if you have to dine in.
