Past front desk, right by the stairs leading up to the gym. Labeled 'family changing room'.
There are gendered public restrooms in the front lobby, but if you go past the front desk, there's also a gender neutral family changing room, with four unisex private restrooms that also have showers. Techically, you're supposed to pay for a pass, but this is a community facility, so the staff is very lenient and usually doesn't care as long as you're respectful. If you do get questioned, you can be honest and say you just need to use the restroom, or you can say you're looking for someone, or using the vending machines, or you can pay for a $5 day pass, or a $3 shower pass.
