When entering the congregation, turn left to the first door openings. You'll see a room full of books next door is the Gender neutral bathroom.
The temple isn't always open. Saturdays are your best bet. The place is also very LGBT+ friendly. Just look up Rabbi Susan Talve! However that said, not everyone is super welcoming of newcomers. If anyone bugs you let one of the rabbis/ friendly peeps know and they'll help.
