There is an accessible/Family/Unisex rest room in the lobby of the rest stop, between the two gendered restrooms.
Did not notice a changing table, but was not looking for one. Rest stop is pretty nice. Stalls were floor to ceiling walls in the women's restroom. Rest stop also has a dog run/dog park, which was a good size.
