They are typical family restrooms scattered about the park, including (but not limited to) four in Camp Snoopy, and two in Carousel Park.
The ones in Camp Snoopy are located near Harmony Hall and Charlie Brown Wind Up.
The ones in Carousel Park are located near one side of The Vortex and are accessible by both a regular footpath and through a side tunnel in the plant tunnel that connects Celebration Plaza to Carousel Park.
