Go to back of building (campus side) as the street side is only accessible to students/staff. Enter doors and take a left into the cafe. Go all the way through the cafe and the restrooms are in the back right corner.
Restrooms are gendered and multi stalled, but campus posts signs on door to use the restroom most consistent with you identity.
