There was no availability in the pull-down menu that reflected the actual status of Akbar, so I tried something close. It's free access if you come at a time when cover isn't being charged, which completely depends on the day & time. It's a gay bar with a drag/burlesque/genderf*ck night. You can just ask someone where the bathroom is.
