It's absolutely hypocritical and vile that a state agency responsible for ripping away trans healthcare from Floridian Medicaid recipients has this...but they do have a unisex restroom on Floor 3 of Building 2.
In the hellish circumstance that you end up having to visit this building in person, this is available. (The toilet gets clogged a lot, however.)
