When entering it will be in near the back of the restaurant. It'll be at the left entrance by the bar, then look to your right when entering there. You can ask employees where it is if you can't find it.
It is a restaurant, so you may have to be a customer in order to use it. The bathroom is a bit small. The restaurant is almost always busy so for those who may have social anxiety you should use this bathroom when absolutely necessary.
